On this International Women’s Day 2024, I decided to change my looks to that of a man, thanks to AI (App: Fotor). Well, I feel I look better without a beard. One thing's for sure, if I were a man, I would be more compassionate, as a man is already present in a woman

IF, yes IF, if I were a man...
I would have contributed to housework (Indian men are in the bottom five among countries where men contribute to housework).
I would have extended full support when my lady was in her menstrual cycle, menopause, or other healthcare (India ranks among the bottom in women’s health and economic participation).
Carving out paths and giving female destinations, recognizing her strength & passion in becoming an entrepreneur (Women comprise only 13.76% of the total entrepreneurs in India).
Adopting a pathbreaking teaching and learning approach for upbringing kids - Dream a Dream is working to shift the narrative from a mama’s boy or papa’s doll to mama papa's boy/doll.
Bottomline - Changing the narrative of “educating more girls to be safe” to “educating boys how to respect females.”
Being a coach, I can say - a lot of uncomfortable conversations and questioning are required with a lot of listening. So, whether you are a man or a woman, let's encourage embracing emotional complexity, seek support when needed, and cultivate healthy relationships. It will lead to greater well-being and fulfillment for individuals and society as a whole."
