Prepare: Building the Foundation

  1. What were your most meaningful achievements this year, and how did they contribute to your growth?

  2. What goals or aspirations truly brought you joy, and how will you carry that energy into the next year?

  3. What goals brought you the most joy and fulfillment this year, and how can you refine or expand them for the upcoming year?

Preparation begins with awareness of what has worked well and aligning that with what you desire moving forward.

Respect: Honoring the Journey and Relationships

  1. Who or what was instrumental in your achievements this year, and how can you acknowledge their impact?

  2. How can you honor your values and ensure they are integrated into your goals for the new year?

  3. Who were the key people or experiences that supported your growth, and how will you honor their role in your journey?

Respecting the journey involves appreciating the people, lessons, and values that shaped your growth.

Implement: Turning Intentions into Action

  1. What habits or routines helped you achieve success this year, and which ones need refinement?

  2. What is one specific action you can take in the next week to start working toward your goals for the new year?

  3. What actions or habits consistently moved you closer to your goals, and what new habits will you adopt to achieve your aspirations for the new year?

Success lies in consistent, intentional action. Implementation bridges the gap between dreaming and achieving.

Share: Amplifying Impact through Connection

  1. How did sharing your successes or challenges with others strengthen your relationships or inspire them?

  2. What stories, ideas, or lessons will you share in the coming year to create a ripple effect of positivity and growth?

  3. What successes or lessons will you share with others to inspire growth and connection in the year ahead?

Maintain: Sustaining Growth and Momentum

  1. What practices or strategies will help you stay motivated and aligned with your goals throughout the year?

  2. How will you celebrate milestones, both big and small, to maintain energy and commitment?

  3. What will you do to celebrate your progress and sustain your motivation throughout the new year?

Maintenance ensures you continue thriving on the path to your aspirations, even through challenges.
